Fix the faucet or buy a new one?
A dripping faucet is usually a worn cartridge or O-ring. On a good brand that’s a quick, inexpensive repair, and we’ll do it if the faucet is otherwise in good shape.
It’s time for a new one when the base is corroded, the sprayer leaks into the cabinet, or you’re replacing parts every year. Either way, we check these while we’re under there.

Faucet repair
Cartridges, O-rings, and aerators for most major brands. If the faucet is worth saving, we save it.
Faucet installs
Pull-down, single handle, or touchless. We mount it solid and connect new supply lines.
Sink replacement
Undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse. We set the sink, reconnect the drain and the disposal, and leak test everything.
Shutoff valves
Old multi-turn valves seize up over time. We swap them for quarter-turn valves that close in one move.

Can you install a faucet I bought?
Yes. Check that it matches the number of holes in your sink or countertop, or get one with a deck plate to cover the extras.
Why is my new faucet's water pressure low?
Usually the aerator caught debris from the lines when the water was turned back on. Unscrew the tip, rinse it out, and put it back.
Can you install a sink if the countertop isn't in yet?
We usually come back once the counter is installed. Undermount sinks are often set by the countertop installer, and then we hook up the plumbing.
Should I replace the shutoff valves too?
If they’re old, yes. It’s quick while everything’s apart, and a valve that won’t close is a real problem on the day you need it.
